**Role Overview**

This role presents an exciting opportunity to drive business process innovation and lead process automation efforts across the bank. You will have the chance to shape the automation strategy, implementation roadmap, and focus on implementing specific automation cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, implement, and enhance bank-wide automation capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess automation cases and improve efficiency or reduce risk.
  • Realize prioritized automation cases across all functions to achieve tangible results.
  • Manage change timelines, budgets, and ensure timely delivery of automation projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Proven track record of managing projects from start to closure.
  • Knowledge of Avaloq is beneficial.
  • Hands-on, pragmatic mindset with a strong focus on results.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (written and spoken).
