Job Overview

This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining Windows and Citrix environments to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  1. System Design and Implementation: Design and implement optimal Windows and Citrix environments to meet business requirements.
  2. System Management: Manage system upgrades, patches, and configurations to ensure security and operational standards are met.
  3. Incident Resolution: Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues, resolving incidents and minimizing downtime through proactive problem-solving.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and support IT solutions that align with business needs and objectives.
  5. Compliance and Governance: Maintain compliance with financial industry regulations and internal policies to ensure a secure and reliable environment.
  6. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for internal use and audits to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices.
The Ideal Candidate
  1. Educational Qualifications: A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  2. Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years in system engineering, with a focus on Windows Server and Citrix environments.
  3. Industry Experience: Proven experience working within a financial institution or heavily regulated industry.
  4. Technical Skills: A solid understanding of Active Directory, virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and networking fundamentals.
  5. Process Knowledge: Experience with ITIL processes is a significant advantage.
  6. Language Proficiency: Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
  7. Residency Requirements: Swiss Residency is mandatory for the successful candidate.
  8. Personal Qualities: Strong problem-solving abilities, team collaboration, and excellent communication skills.
