Job Description

The Aviation Technical Lead will be responsible for monitoring the technical status of all aircraft and ensuring their continuous airworthiness. This role involves coordinating with Maintenance teams and third-party maintenance organizations to maintain compliance with company safety policies and maintenance standards.

About the Position

This is a mid-senior level full-time position that requires a valid EASA Part 66 License and minimum 5 years of experience in line maintenance. You will have strong ability to manage technical events and AOG scenarios under pressure, as well as excellent decision-making, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Aircraft Status Monitoring: Monitor the technical status of all aircraft and track reported defects across the fleet.
  • Technical Coordination: Coordinate with Maintenance teams and third-party maintenance organizations to ensure compliance with company safety policies and maintenance standards.
  • AOG Scenario Management: Manage AOG scenarios and coordinate recovery operations.
