Your Role
  • You will be responsible for understanding, analyzing, and documenting perceived opportunities and business/functional requirements against market trends and existing/process organization.
  • You will provide input for business case creation and resource planning.
  • You will drive early business/functional designs, high-level solutioning sessions, and high-level assessments in terms of efforts (resources, time, budget, skills).
  • You will design, propose, and translate new requirements and enhancements to solutions into functional and non-functional requirements.
  • You will translate business needs into relevant solutions in line with customer objectives and IT strategy, working with other IT teams to assist in developing technical requirements.
  • You will prepare quality assurance measures with the quality test team in accordance with specified requirements to translate the impact of solutions to the business.
  • You will ensure the good/compliant integration of new solutions to the existing IT landscape, replacing local solutions with global systems when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You should hold a higher education degree in computer science or an equivalent ITIL V4 Certification.
  • You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position in an IT department or R&D department.
  • You should have knowledge of cross-industrial processes, which is a significant asset for success in this role.
  • You should have knowledge of Research and Development product processes, which is a requirement.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk tools (Vault, Inventor) and other CAD tools in the market (Solidworks) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of simulation and CAM tools is also a plus.
  • You should be able to work in a dynamic and under-construction environment where priorities are frequently assessed.
  • You should have good communication level and be able to communicate with IT profiles, business managers/directors, or business experts.
  • Proficient in French and having good oral and written English skills is a must.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience. Some of the benefits we offer include:
