The ISV Ecosystem is a key driver of Oracle's growth, with Independent Software Vendors becoming a primary growth group in the IT industry.

As an ISV Ecosystem Sales Representative at Oracle, you will play a critical role in our growth strategy.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage a prime assigned territory consisting of strategic ISVs, focusing on both Sell-to and Sell-through Go-to-Market models, including Hosting.
  • BUILD, DEVELOP, AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH SELECTED ISVS TO ALIGN THEIR APPLICATIONS WITH ORACLE TECHNOLOGY AND ON-PREM LICENSE PLAYS.
  • ESTABLISH TRUSTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY C-LEVEL STAKEHOLDERS.
  • CREATE, DRIVE, AND OWN ACCOUNT PLANS FOR SELECTED ISVS IN COLLABORATION WITH FIELD TEAMS AND OTHER FUNCTIONAL UNITS.
  • ESTABLISH RULES OF ENGAGEMENT AND OPERATIONAL ESCALATION PROCEDURES TO QUICKLY IDENTIFY AND RESOLVE ISSUES.
  • WORK CLOSELY WITH ORACLE LOBS & FUNCTIONAL UNITS TO UNDERSTAND INDUSTRY TRENDS TO POSITION ISV CERTIFIED SOLUTIONS.
  • Build, sell, and execute the sale of Oracle On Prem License products to ISVs, including negotiating price, other concessions, and terms and conditions of the sale.
  • PARTICIPATE IN TRACKING AND FORECASTING PIPELINE TO MEET YOUR TERRITORY'S SALES TARGET.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account On Prem License sales activity. Prefer strong analytical, On Prem License sales and marketing skills.
  • Demonstrable track record of relevant achievement working at high-level consultative sales within a matrix reporting structure, preferably in an embedded software business environment – Industry convergence.
  • Clear understanding of the business and software opportunity presented by technology for major multinational enterprises.
  • Must have carried a direct sales quota and demonstrate on-target or better achievement.
  • Strong sales engagement experience in major opportunities.
  • Well-established business and general management disciplines.
  • Effective negotiator with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Participate & lead the tracking and forecasting of their territory pipeline to meet their territories sales target.

About the Role:
