Job Description

As a Strategic Program Manager at TN Switzerland, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our projects. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the primary liaison between teams, focusing on seamless communication and execution of project strategies.

This position can be based in either Neuchatel or Zurich, Switzerland, providing an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team.

To be considered for this role, you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage global project timelines in line with approved strategies.
  • Provide visibility on deliverables to the sending unit.
  • Plan activities and establish KPIs for the sending unit.
  • Identify and align resource needs with the sending unit sponsor.
  • Maintain a project risk register and track changes to strategies.
  • Organize training activities and support team readiness.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and technical meetings.
  • Report project status to leadership teams.
