We are currently seeking a highly skilled Guidewire Suite Manager to join our team in Zürich. This exciting opportunity involves leading complex projects centered around the Guidewire platform, collaborating with international teams to ensure implementation that meets business objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning and overseeing project progress involving the Guidewire suite (customization of Claim Center and Policy Center application);
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and propose suitable technical solutions;
- Working in an Agile Scrum environment, ensuring coordination between functional and technical teams;
- Managing client relationships and ensuring clear communication at every project stage;
- Liaising between the client and software development teams across different geographies on a global delivery model.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 3 years of experience in project management (PMP or similar certifications are a strong asset) and previous experience in business analysis;
- Strong technical acumen and ability to liaise with technical teams;
- Expertise in Agile methodology (Scrum);
- Proven track record in client-facing roles;
- Ability to work with distributed teams across different time zones;
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a strong plus.
