Required Skills and Qualifications
  • MSc/PhD in bioinformatics, computational structural biology, or similar.
  • Experience with bioinformatics for protein engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python and relevant data science libraries (pandas, scikit, scipy, matplotlib, etc.). Familiarity with SQL.
  • Experience with data types & assays in therapeutics, in particular antibody & peptide development across hit-identification, hit-to-lead, and lead optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear, actionable insights.
  • A customer-first, proactive mindset.
