We are seeking a skilled and motivated Konstrukteur/in im Bereich Innovation to join our development team at our headquarters in Hochdorf. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality components and assemblies for our products.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our development engineers to design and develop innovative products
• Optimize existing designs to improve technical properties, manufacturing, assembly, and costs
• Develop and maintain our CAD library, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Contribute to new product developments and provide expert support to our CAD users

Requirements

• Completed education as a Konstrukteur/in, technische/r Zeichner/in, or Schreiner/in
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction or project management in the building industry
• Proven expertise in building CAD block and snippet libraries, with a strong understanding of AutoCAD 2D and 3D, and BIM objects
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and adaptability
• Fluent German language skills, with additional languages a plus
