We are seeking an experienced Thai masseur/masseuse to join our team at Ritual Massage SARL. As an expert in traditional Thai massage, you will provide top-level authentic Thai therapeutic massages to our clients, adhering to the highest quality standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional Thai therapeutic massage treatments, utilizing traditional techniques to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and increase flexibility.
  • Assess client needs, identifying areas of tension and recommending personalized massage techniques.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, prioritizing the safety and well-being of our clients.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with colleagues to enhance services and the overall client experience.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible for promoting the benefits of Thai massage for health and wellness, educating clients on stretches to practice at home and the importance of relaxation and stress management.

Requirements
  • EU citizen or EFTA member, allowing for a seamless work permit application process.
  • Advanced degree in Thai therapeutic massage or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in authentic Thai massage.
  • Fluent English or French language skills, with the option to provide language training to support your integration into our Swiss team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Commitment to customer service excellence, prioritizing client satisfaction and continually striving to exceed expectations.
