About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Specialist to join our team at Datwyler Sealing Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our master data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our master data in our systems.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data across the organization.
  • Implement and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and update data requirements.
  • Perform regular data quality assessments and audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data management, master data management (MDM), or enterprise data management.
  • Experience with data governance, data quality management, and data integration processes.
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems (SAP, S4/HANA, or other).
