Aircraft Engine Repair and Maintenance Professional

Are you a highly skilled and motivated individual looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a LEAP Engine Technician to join our team.
About the RoleIn this position, you will be responsible for working closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Disassembling and assembling engines (LEAP series, PW1100)
- Performing inspections and checks on engines and engine parts
- Measuring and controlling assemblies in mounted condition
- Executing orders and performing self-control tasks
- Documenting activities assigned in accordance with regulations
- Conducting internal audits and implementing defined actions
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Vocational training in metalworking (polymechanics, plant and equipment engineers, machine mechanics, or equivalent)
- Relevant experience within the Aviation MRO industry (3-5 years)
- Flexibility and willingness to travel for field assistance support
- EASA part 145/part 66 authorization (preferable)
- Ability to work in two shifts and flexibility to work on weekends
- Good communication skills
- Able to carry out tasks independently, precisely, and responsibly
- Open-minded and dedicated team player
- High safety, quality, and cost awareness
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP experience
- English language proficiency (minimum level B1); German would be an advantage
