In this role, you'll be responsible for managing critical 3PL Logistics Projects, driving the selection process and integration of a strategic Logistic Service Provider. You'll also integrate value-added logistic services and processes to enhance logistics operations at our site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall project delivery, resources, risks, and issues, reporting progress against agreed measures
  • Develop and implement change management deliverables, including communications, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external project teams, working closely with external Project Managers
  • Coordinate Project Board Meetings and phase sign-offs with the business
  • Develop and maintain the project's communications plan

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Project Management, SCM, Logistics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Project Management, preferably in logistics projects
  • Strong work experience within the Pharmaceutical industry and its Supply Chain
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong business relationships across functions
  • Fluency in English and German
