Process Engineering Team Manager Position

- Foster the definition of standardized repair materials and processes based on approved data, ensuring compliance with quality standards.">
- Develop equivalent consumable materials and processes in line with Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) requirements.">
- Support Operations teams in their daily activities, providing tailored training to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed.">
- Conduct process reliability audits, diagnose failures to identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.">
- Establish and manage agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).">
- Support the introduction of new repairs and renewals of approvals.">
- Promote process improvements and monitor their implementation.">
- Drive the continuous development of team capabilities to meet the evolving needs of the business.">
Your Profile:
">- ">
- You hold a Scientific Engineering degree (EQF Level 6 or 7) or equivalent.">
- You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in leadership roles.">
- You possess practical experience in a relevant field or equivalent.">
- You have a strong Operations background, preferably in the aerospace MRO business.">
- You are proactive, flexible, and have a strong achiever mentality, with the ability to work independently on complex tasks.">
- You can energize teams and yourself.">
- You prioritize safety, quality, and cost awareness.">
- You are fluent in English (Level C1), with German (Level B1) being an advantage.">
