Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service, maintaining a high level of communication and coordination.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in the service industry, preferably in Italian cuisine.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
