We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated full-time Legal Conflicts/E-Billing Assistant to join our Accounting Department in NJ. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Run conflict checks using our software to identify potential conflicts of interest
• Input client information into our conflict database, including parties involved, relevant legal matters, and associated companies
• Conduct research to verify client identities and potential conflicts
• Prepare conflict check reports detailing any identified conflicts, including potential mitigation strategies, for review by attorneys
• Perform billing edits and create draft bills, then final bills
• Process electronic billing
• Work closely with Account Receivable staff to provide clients with accurate billing and payment information

Requirements:
• At least 3 consecutive years of relevant experience handling conflict check reporting and e-billing, in a law firm
• Proficiency in performing and processing Conflicts Checks
• High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Outlook
• Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) and professional demeanor
