We are seeking an experienced professional to provide exceptional corporate support to our clients.

About the Job:

  • Support corporate operations by providing administrative assistance to project leaders and teams.
  • Onboard new team members, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Manage documentation, coordinate visitor registrations, and organize meetings.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports.

Main Responsibilities:

Key Tasks:
  • Support project leaders with administrative tasks.
  • Onboard new team members, including IT equipment setup.
  • Manage documentation, coordinate visitor registrations, and organize meetings.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Administer orders and POs in SAP & Ariba.
  • Reconcile bills and purchase orders using Unifier.
  • Manage timesheets.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:
  • A valid working permit or Swiss/EU citizenship is required.
  • Prior experience in a commercial discipline is preferred.
  • Strong German and English language skills (B2 level minimum).
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office programs.
  • Previous experience with SAP interfaces is advantageous.
  • A flair for organization and adaptability to new IT systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and independent working style.
