Job Description:We're seeking an exceptional Associate Scientist QC Microbiology to join our dedicated team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement high-quality laboratory procedures and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing comprehensive testing and analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and final products.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining robust laboratory procedures and protocols.
- Liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality control activities.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conducting routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Participating in method qualification, verification, and co-validation activities to ensure the reliability of our testing methods.
- University degree in natural sciences, applied sciences, microbiology, or equivalent, and relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or vaccine industry.
- Sound knowledge of microbiological laboratory operations and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
