We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Assistant to the Intellectual Property Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and assisting with various tasks and projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the supervisor's calendar and arranging appointments;
- Screening and processing incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence;
- Drafting and preparing official correspondence and reports;
- Maintaining the division's filing and reference systems;
- Providing support to all sections of the division;
- Assisting with meetings, conferences, and other events.
