We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Deputy Director to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our cybersecurity leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our cybersecurity strategy and vision.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Strategy: Collaborate with our MDR Head to develop and implement a strategic vision for our MDR Services, aligning with our company's security goals.
- Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance and support on cybersecurity issues to other departments, communicating complex security issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Service Enhancement: Stay up-to-date with current attack methods and characteristics, identifying threats and advising on prevention, mitigation, and remediation.
- Cyber Fusion Practice: Establish a new integrated cyber fusion practice, including Cyber Threat Intelligence, Attack Surface Reduction, Vulnerability Management, and other disciplines.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats and industry trends, identifying and recommending improvements to existing security controls and processes.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in cybersecurity
- Experience in managing security services or a SOC
- Work experience with multicultural MDR in a transversal organization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle escalated customer complaints and issues
- Capability to convey a message to executives
- Proven ability to multitask effectively and focus on multiple efforts at one time
- Master in cybersecurity or equivalent
- Offensive and defensive certifications (OSCP, SANS,...)
- Extensive knowledge in networking (TCP/IP, firewall, routing,...)
- Extensive knowledge of ethical hacking skills and very good understanding of current threats (malware/ransomware)
- Knowledge of incident response processes (detection, triage, incident analysis, remediation and reporting)
- Understanding of network and system intrusion and detection methods
- Good knowledge of Cyber Threat Intelligence and experience in implementing CTI programs
