Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager to lead clinical research projects sponsored by Teoxane.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, executing, and completing projects within timelines and budget.
- Key responsibilities include managing compliance to local regulations, GCP regulations, and internal SOPs, as well as overseeing study documentations for submission to Ethic Committees and competent authorities.
- The candidate will also develop and manage the overall clinical study budget, select and validate investigator/site, and vendors (CROs), contribute to contract negotiations, and ensure high-quality study documentation throughout the clinical study.
- Ongoing tasks include managing Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and third-party vendors, ensuring adherence to scope of work within timelines and budget, and participating in process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum B.Sc. degree in a relevant scientific discipline, such as Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, or Biological Sciences.
- At least 4 years of experience in clinical operations and project management.
- Experience in the medical device industry, especially in clinical trials, is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills across all levels.
- Able to adapt quickly to changing environments and circumstances.
- Fluent in English and French.
Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience.
