**Job Title:** IT Security Strategy Lead

In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive IT security strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in safeguarding our digital assets, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure, and driving innovation through strategic partnerships.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute IT security strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure alignment with security requirements and emerging trends.
  • Incident Response: Develop and execute incident response plans to minimize downtime and protect business continuity.
  • Security Awareness: Foster a culture of security awareness among employees, promoting ongoing education and training to ensure a robust defense against cyber threats.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure and drive innovation through strategic partnerships.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a relevant field such as IT, Computer Science, or Information Security.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior security role, preferably in a financial services industry or similar environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful IT security strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
