Industrial Refrigeration Operations Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Supervisor to join our UK&I Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting customer facilities across various industries. Your primary focus will be on servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVACR equipment, as well as providing technical coaching to team members and coordinating their on-site work activity.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide site surveys, records, and reports regarding works completed and actions needed to aid quoting of new or replacement equipment;
  2. Complete servicing, trouble shooting, diagnosis & repair of HVACR equipment, and preventative maintenance of various types of HVACR systems;
  3. Act as the primary contact for all technical service issues, accountable for resolving highly complex systems within a set timeframe and according to a defined process, service agreement, and customer needs;
  4. Work closely with team members to ensure successful project delivery and contribute to the team's overall success.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years' experience within the Industrial Refrigeration industry;
  • F-GAS 2079 Card, Safe Pass Card, and Manual Handling Certificate;
  • Relevant qualifications and certificates (City & Guilds);
  • Clean EU Driving License;
  • Ability to speak fluent English;
  • Qualified to a minimum of NVQ II;
  • Previous experience within commissioning, service, repair, and maintenance;
  • Ammonia experience will be a distinct advantage.
