About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Brand Manager Immunology to join our team.


As a Global Brand Manager Immunology, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic business and marketing plan to drive the growth of Abbott's Immunology & Biosimilar brands in key indications.


Key Responsibilities



  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and champion a robust cross-functional brand plan designed to accelerate the growth of Abbott's Immunology & Biosimilar brands.
  • Market Insights and Research: Lead the initiation of critical market insights and research to uncover unmet needs and enhance customer experience.
  • Brand Positioning and Differentiation: Define and drive global brand positioning, ensuring competitive differentiation and compelling messaging for Immunology and Biosimilar products.
  • Integrated Marketing Programs: Design, plan, and oversee the execution of integrated marketing programs for Immunology and Biosimilar products.
  • Global Launch Excellence: Create and implement a comprehensive global launch plan for new Immunology and Biosimilar products.
  • Collaboration and Support: Foster strong communication and alignment with local marketing and sales teams.
  • Budget Optimization: Strategically manage the promotional support budget to maximize ROI and achieve both top-line and bottom-line objectives for the Immunology and Biosimilar portfolio.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish robust monitoring mechanisms to track the execution and impact of marketing programs.

Requirements



  • University degree (ideally Science and/or Business) with a preference for it to be complemented by an MBA or postgraduate marketing qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical/immunology sales and marketing experience at an affiliate or regional level.
  • Proven success in Immunology, Osteoporosis & Biosimilar brand management.
  • Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, Arabic, or Mandarin is a plus.
