Senior CSV Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at gloor&lang AG as a CSV Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, with a focus on pharmaceutical processes and regulatory compliance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of computer systems in the pharmaceutical environment, with a focus on CSV and GMP compliance. This will involve working closely with vendors to obtain IT requirements and GMP regulations, and customizing systems as needed to ensure compliance.
The role will also involve designing and implementing user and functional requirements, as well as validating system capabilities to ensure business needs are met. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for driving development and execution of change management and training throughout the organization.
We are looking for a highly motivated and autonomous individual with a strong influence on colleagues to positive outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, with a focus on pharmaceutical processes and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure data integrity of computer systems in the pharmaceutical environment

Requirements:
- Pharmaceutical industry experience
- IT project management experience
- Regulatory compliance experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent French and English
