About the Role:

This is an excellent chance to join our esteemed organization as a Customer Service Specialist.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: You will be responsible for managing orders from receipt to dispatch, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Client Communication: As the primary point of contact, you will engage with internal and external clients, providing exceptional service and support to build strong relationships.
  • Logistics Coordination: Arrange transport for export shipments, track them to delivery, and ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Effectively manage customer complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally to maintain a positive reputation.
  • Document Verification: Verify and examine shipping documents, including export, import, and banking-related papers, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Product Information: Foster a positive customer experience by providing basic information on our company's products.
  • Billing Document Management: Oversee the management of billing documents, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Incoterm Coordination: Coordinate incoterms effectively, facilitating smooth transactions and relationships.

Your Ideal Profile:

  • Minimum 5 Years Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within the life sciences field, with a focus on supply chain management and customer service.
  • Supply Chain Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, with a focus on efficiency and reliability.
  • SAP Proficiency: Proficiency in sales force and SAP systems, enabling seamless data management and analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English (C1 level minimum), with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Multitasking: Demonstrated ability to multitask independently or as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
