Manufacturing Operations Director

Randstad Professionals is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Director to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced production environment.
This role involves managing and coordinating two dedicated teams, ensuring productivity and engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing production schedules to meet deadlines and targets, while maintaining product quality and driving efficiency improvements.
The ideal candidate will have technical or mechanical training, or comparable hands-on experience in a production setting, as well as demonstrated leadership experience or formal training in team management.
Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in German (written and spoken) with English knowledge being advantageous.
In this challenging role, you will work closely with other departments to align production activities with overall business goals, fostering a collaborative workplace culture and promoting operational excellence.
