Lab IT Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Supporter to join our team in Basel, Switzerland. As an IT Supporter, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their IT systems and infrastructure.

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support, including hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Support the deployment of new IT systems and infrastructure, including computerized systems and laboratory IT.
• Perform system reviews and backups, and ensure compliance with GMP regulations.
• Collaborate with software providers and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in a Pharmaceutical company.
• Strong IT background, with experience in laboratory IT support.
• Good understanding of regulated environments (GxP) and analytical software.
• Knowledge of Qualification V-Model (IQ/OQ/PQ) and technical writing skills.
• Fluent English and German knowledge required, French knowledge is a plus.
