We are seeking a motivated Commis de Patisserie to join our pastry team at the Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pastries, confectionery, and desserts. You will work directly with our patisserie team to ensure smooth workflows during shifts, assist with setting up and dismantling dessert buffets, and maintain compliance with all guidelines and proper storage of food and raw materials.
