As a Manufacturing Process Excellence Leader, you will play a key role in leading our bulk operations team and ensuring that all activities are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations.
Job OverviewThis leadership role involves direct management of individual contributors and/or supervisors and/or managers. You will oversee the daily management of the Bulk team, including planning communication, team organization, control, and checking of defined targets to ensure timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement mid-term strategies for the department, including resource planning and gap assessments.
- Manage and develop the Bulk Operations team, providing coaching and leadership to maintain a culture of trust and accountability.
- Ensure execution and tracking of all activities in compliance with GMP, defining and meeting KPIs for Bulk Operations activities.
- Lead corrective actions and improving initiatives within the Bulk Operations Department.
We are seeking a candidate with a Master's degree in Science and more than 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in bulk GMP activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of cGMP and FDA regulations, as well as fluency in English and French.
A strong working knowledge of LEAN approaches, technical skills, and ability to take decisions are also essential for this role. The selected candidate should be able to provide leadership and coaching to the bulk team, maintaining an environment of trust and personal accountability.
