Job Summary

This role requires an experienced aerodynamics specialist to join our airworthiness team.

The successful candidate will share responsibility for coordination and management of the type certification process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and tracking certification plans for initial type design and post-type certification activities.
  • Coordinating with chief engineers, CVE, certification coordinator, and program management.
  • Verifying consistency and integration of required airworthiness certification documentation and activities.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor revisions of approved manuals and create new ones if necessary.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop mandatory SBs for unsafe conditions.
  • Initiate failure evaluation activities and inform authorities accordingly.
  • Check applicability/relevance of new ADs to company DO.
