Key Responsibilities:- Develop robust financial models to forecast capital needs, taking into account different scenarios and potential risks;
- Formulate capital strategies that align with business goals and risk appetite, evaluating various scenarios and proposing optimal capital allocation plans;
- Understand and evaluate impacts of new capital regulation; Work closely with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and other relevant teams to gather data and validate assumptions;
- Analyze trends and variances in capital metrics and provide actionable recommendations;
- Lead all projects related to capital planning;
- Support strategic planning and decision-making processes with robust financial models.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and regulatory capital requirements;
- Strong analytical skills required to manage and evaluate complex data;
- High accuracy and diligence in working with numbers and preparing detailed financial documentation;
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
- Effective communication in English;
- Proven programming skills: SQL, Python, and/or Scala are pluses;
- Familiarity with financial modeling tools (e.g., Anaplan) is a plus.
