We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our dynamic team at Canton de Vaud. As our CFO, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the organization's financial health and integrity.

• Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance and oversight to ensure the organization's financial health and integrity.
• Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
• Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to financial policies and procedures.
• Financial Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to protect the organization's assets and reputation.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with the finance team, other departments, and external stakeholders to drive business results and achieve organizational goals.

• Experience: 12-15 years of professional experience, minimum 2 years in the role of CFO or Head of Finance.
• Education: Completed degree in Accounting or Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or relevant qualification.
• Competencies: Extensive experience in financial leadership, strategic planning, financial analysis, and risk management. Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
