Senior Bioanalytical Research Scientist

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Bioanalytical Research Scientist to join our team in Switzerland.

• This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage GxP studies and method validations in the area of LC-MS/MS bioanalytics.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing complex analytical projects, ensuring high-quality results, and providing exceptional client service. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining our strong reputation for delivering accurate and reliable data.

1. Develop and execute study plans, protocols, and reports for GxP studies and method validations.
2. Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.
3. Provide scientific guidance and training to junior colleagues, promoting knowledge sharing and skills development within the team.
4. Maintain a high level of technical competence in bioanalytical methods, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the field.

• Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related field; postdoctoral experience in a regulated environment is desirable.
• Proven expertise in bioanalytical techniques, particularly LC-MS/MS, with a strong understanding of chromatographic principles and instrumentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex scientific information to clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Oracle databases, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.

• A competitive salary of approximately CHF 90,000 - 110,000 per year, depending on experience.
