At FLOWIT, we're pushing the boundaries of personal development with our innovative AI-powered platform. We're seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and help shape the future of our platform.

About the Role
  • As our first in-house designer, you'll play a key part in crafting a user-friendly and visually appealing experience for our users.
  • You'll work closely with our tech team and product managers to integrate designs into our platform and drive user engagement.
  • With a focus on user research, prototyping, and usability testing, you'll ensure our platform meets the needs of our users.
  • You'll also design intuitive user interfaces that enhance both the look and functionality of our software.
Your Profile
  • At least 2 years of experience in UX design, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience with tools like Figma and Jira is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of user research, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Solid knowledge of UI design to create functional and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently and closely with other teams.
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus.
