We are seeking an experienced Mixologist to join our team at GRACE LA MARGNA ST MORITZ. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating innovative and delicious cocktails that showcase your expertise and passion for mixology.

• Create and serve signature cocktails that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Develop and implement new cocktail menus that cater to diverse tastes and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for guests.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in our bar.

• Proven experience as a Mixologist in a high-end hotel or restaurant setting.
• Degree in Hospitality or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines, including their pairing options.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
