Avionics Systems Integration Specialist

The role involves designing, developing, and integrating avionic systems into our aircraft, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and obtaining certification. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting ground and flight-testing of these systems, managing external suppliers, and providing technical guidance to production and customer support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop avionic systems in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate avionic systems into aircraft, ensuring seamless performance and reliability.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of avionic systems, including ground and flight-testing.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality components.
- Provide expert technical guidance to production and customer support teams, addressing queries and resolving issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- A recognized degree in electrical/electronic or aerospace engineering.
- At least 5 years' experience in the aviation industry, preferably in avionic systems design and integration.
- Proven track record of developing complex avionic systems, demonstrating expertise in system integration and testing.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory; proficiency in German is considered an asset.
- Strong self-motivation, ability to work effectively in a multinational team, and excellent prioritization skills to meet project deadlines.
