Located in the picturesque village of Wengen, our hotel offers stunning views of the surrounding Swiss Alps and is part of the prestigious Relais Châteaux network.

Job Summary

  • Cleaning and maintaining rooms to meet Relais Châteaux Standards.
  • Performing deep cleaning tasks as required, adhering to high standards of quality.
  • Restocking housekeeping carts and offices, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Arranging room setups according to guest preferences, demonstrating flexibility and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  1. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in all hotel areas, including public spaces, offices, and the spa.
  2. Supporting other departments as needed, showcasing teamwork and collaboration skills.
  3. Participating in hotel laundry operations, contributing to the overall cleanliness and organization of the property.
  4. Demonstrating good knowledge of cleaning products, materials, and equipment to accomplish professional housekeeping tasks.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • German or English language proficiency, with preference given to those fluent in both languages.
