Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Axepta SA. As a key member of our logistics and distribution team, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics between selected Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate logistics between selected CMOs & 3PLs.

Coordinate and oversee logistics for the company's products sold to commercial distributors.

Coordinate customer products returns from 3PLs.

Coordinate samples process across different products and regions (replenishment, distribution, stock reconciliation).

Support the donation process across EU markets.

Support investigation of inventory discrepancies between internal ERP and 3PLs' systems.

Support logistics or distribution partners changes when required by the business (change controls, coordinates actions with multiple stakeholders, ensures availability of product).

Review logistics SOPs when appropriate to ensure alignment with existing/changing operations.

Provide general support to the Supply Chain operations in Europe.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business or life science discipline.

Master's degree preferred.

Minimum 3-5 years of supply chain experience, some of which in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Medical Device industry.

Strong understanding of physical distribution activities in the life science industry (GDPs).

Strong analytical, organizational and execution skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential.

Strong interpersonal skills to work both with internal and external partners.

Experience in working with SAP.

Proficiency in usual Microsoft applications.

English fluency written and spoken.

Ability to work in a small sized business environment in a highly regulated compliance setting.
