Your role in Regulatory Transformation
Imagine working in an international team focused on regulatory transformation within the Business & Regulatory Development department of Bank J. Safra Sarasin. As part of this team, you will contribute to various financial market-related initiatives.
Your responsibilities
- Conduct gap analyses based on regulatory guidelines to identify compliance requirements.
- Derive business requirements from these analyses.
- Specify solutions leveraging technical and topic experts, preparing business specification documents and respective JIRA tickets.
- Organize workshops and meetings with stakeholders, including Front Office and IT.
- Conduct system and user acceptance testing, communicating results with stakeholders.
- Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization potential within existing setups.
Your profile
- Proven experience with financial market regulations, including EMIR, MiFIR, FMIA, and SFTR.
- Good understanding of capital market products, such as ETD and OTC Derivatives.
- Good understanding of front-to-back processes concerning trade booking.
- Good knowledge of Avaloq, with knowledge of Prime/Front-Arena being an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of technical processes.
- Team player with support experience, striving for exceptional performance and a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently to push projects forward and meet deadlines.
- Strong service orientation, excellent communication skills, and ability to lead conversations.
- Fluency in English.
