Notre client recherche un Contrôleur Financier Senior pour rejoindre leur équipe de contrôle financier et comptabilité EMEA. Mission
Ce Contrôleur Financier Senior aura un rôle critique dans la gestion des activités financières des entités légales impactées par l'actualité interne de l'entreprise. La mission consiste à superviser le suivi, le reporting et l'analyse des performances financières de l'entité légale. Vous mettrez en œuvre des interactions structurées avec toutes les parties prenantes pertinentes, en garantissant la conformité avec le contrôle internal.

Ressources Humaines
Ce rôle impliquera également de soutenir l'entreprise dans les cycles de budgétisation et de prévision, de fournir des rapports sur les Provisions/Charges à payer, et d'agir comme point de contact unique pour tous les audits internes et externes.

Responsabilités
- Assurer la livraison et l'exécution des activités financières réelles, de clôture et de reporting pour les unités de reporting assignées.
- Effectuer l'analyse du compte de résultat et des variances par rapport aux réels.
- Garantir l'intégrité des rapports financiers et de gestion conformément aux normes comptables locales et internationales.
- Effectuer un suivi, y compris l'analyse des variances financières et la compréhension des éléments ouverts.
- Examiner l'intégrité et la qualité de tous les sous-livres (y compris le support des actifs pour les provisions et les éléments spéciaux).
- Surveiller le processus de clôture financière.
- Animer des réunions mensuelles et suivre les problèmes survenus et les actions d'amélioration définies.

Nos Exigences
- Un Master en Comptabilité/Contrôle Financier, ou un comptable agréé est préférable.
- Plus de 8 ans d'expérience en Comptabilité/Contrôle.
- Connaissance et expérience dans un environnement de services partagés.
- Compréhension approfondie des processus de Finance et Comptabilité.
- Connaissance et expérience des IFRS et des normes comptables locales, ainsi que des audits.
- Connaissance extensive des systèmes ERP (SAP R3).
- Connaissance de Cfin et SAP GR est un plus.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais, toute autre langue est un plus.
