Job Summary

The IT Site Lead CH Jona will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining essential IT operations at the local site. This includes managing operating systems, ERP, security tools, and applications, as well as implementing global IT policies and maintaining compliance. The IT Site Lead CH Jona will also support local business continuity and own IT projects to improve compliance and business continuity. Additionally, the IT Site Lead CH Jona will facilitate the rollout of global projects, report IT incidents and risks, and manage local IT vendors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee and maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, ERP, security tools, and applications.
  2. Implement global Ammega IT policies and maintain compliance.
  3. Support local business continuity.
  4. Own IT projects to improve compliance and business continuity.
  5. Facilitate the rollout of global projects.
  6. Report IT incidents and risks.
  7. Manage local IT vendors.
  8. Manage local stakeholders.
  9. Preserve IT assets, information security, and control structures.
  10. Handle annual local IT budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
  11. Respond to incoming technical support requests.
  12. Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems.
  13. Provide first-level support for software applications and operating systems.
  14. Provide individual instruction and/or training to users on new or updated technologies.
  15. Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT support staff.
  16. Follow established processes and procedures for service request management.
  17. Develop technical knowledge and skills to stay current with new technologies and software.
  18. Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support.

Requirements

  1. IT degree in technology or computer science, with at least 3 years of technical experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
  2. Strong customer service and communication skills.
  3. Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
  4. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
  5. Familiarity with ticket tracking systems and remote desktop tools.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  7. Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
