About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Investment Analyst to join our team at Assura. As a key member of our investment management team, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing our institutional investment portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze key quantitative performance indicators, ensuring compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.
  • Investment Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on investment instruments, including ESG and regulatory requirements, to ensure alignment with our investment strategy.
  • Quantitative Tools Development: Develop and maintain advanced quantitative tools and reporting infrastructure in Python to support portfolio monitoring and reporting.
  • Investment Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive investment reports to internal and external stakeholders, including performance and compliance analysis, ESG reporting, and ALM process updates.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with external advisors, custodian banks, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless portfolio management and reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: A quantitative degree from a reputable institution, such as ETHZ or EPFL, or equivalent.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in institutional investment portfolio monitoring and management, with expertise in financial instruments and derivatives.
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in Python, cutting-edge numerical methods, and ESG investments and ALM practices.
  • Language: Fluency in French and English, with German being an asset.
