IT'IS Foundation, in collaboration with its partner organizations Schmid & Partner Engineering AG (SPEAG), ZMT Zurich MedTech AG (ZMT), and TI Solutions AG (TI Solutions), forms the Zurich43 alliance. The alliance's mission is to expand knowledge and technology for three key areas:

• Characterization, optimization, and application of electromagnetic near-field technology

• Predictive modeling of interactions between physical agents and physiology in complex anatomies

Your responsibilities will include creating cutting-edge software for research and next-generation applications for our temporal interference (TI) technology.

You will drive the development of user-friendly and reliable applications, intuitive and powerful graphical user interfaces, scientific data processing, and/or computationally sophisticated backend solutions.

Contributing to all stages of product development, from detailed analyses to the global level, is also expected.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or Computer Sciences, or equivalent knowledge
  • Possession of passion and interest in the latest technology stack and related developments
  • Fascination with designing high-quality, user-friendly, and reliable software
  • Extensive C++ skills (at least three years of experience) in hands-on software development; additional experience with Python (scripting, testing, APIs) preferred
  • Practical experience in industrial-level product development of a large code base advantageous
  • Know-how and expertise in the latest tools (including modern C++, Python, testing methodologies, Agile development, and continuous integration systems)
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to the highest quality standard of work
  • Self-motivation, good organizational and communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, friendly personality, and team spirit
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work independently in a fast-paced setting, and meet tight deadlines
  • Commitment to effectively responding to the needs of partners and customers
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); ability to communicate in German a plus

The estimated salary for this position ranges between CHF 80,000 - CHF 120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
