Visual Merchandising Specialist

- Oversee the logistics and installation of visual merchandising tools across various countries within your sector, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Coordinate orders for decorative displays and VM tools, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of retail and wholesale locations, providing valuable insights for strategic planning.
- Conduct regular Salesforce reports, benchmarking, and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
- Establish and maintain close relationships with retail partners through regular visits, ensuring adherence to VM guidelines.
- Deliver face-to-face training sessions during trips to Switzerland and other countries, enhancing the skills of retail teams.
- Provide remote training and consultancy using digital tools, including PowerPoint presentations, photos, and Teams meetings, to clarify guidelines and procedures.
- Hold a CFC Polydesigner 3D or equivalent qualification, demonstrating expertise in visual merchandising.
- Bring a minimum of 5 years of VM experience, including logistics, installation, and assembling displays, to the role.
- Travel 50% of the time, visiting Switzerland and abroad to support retail partners and drive business growth.
- Apply strong planning skills and attention to detail to ensure seamless execution of visual merchandising initiatives.
- Work independently, taking a hands-on approach to drive results and achieve goals.
- Speak English at B2-C1 level and French at C1 or C2 level, facilitating effective communication with international teams.
