Career Overview:
• As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting business analysis to define clear and understandable business requirements for our IT colleagues.
• You will support different business lines by following up on those business requirements, conducting testing to ensure the functionality delivery quality, and reporting regularly to key stakeholders.
The Role:
• Conduct business analysis to define business requirements that are clear and understandable to your IT colleagues.
• Support the different business lines by following up on those business requirements, conducting testing, and ensuring the functionality delivery quality.
• Report regularly and comprehensively to key stakeholders about your progress and issues.
• Be reactive and support the teams when an issue arises to fix or mitigate it quickly.
• Regularly update and consult with senior management on the progress and effectiveness of our CLM strategies, providing reports and insights, and work with the CLM team to refine project and CLM best practices.

• A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and perks.

Your Background:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required. A master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., BSI, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital channels, including mobile, online banking, and applications.
• Experience with CLM tools, such as Salesforce, BSI, HubSpot, EngageBay, and other similar tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
