**Salary:** An estimated salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, is available for this position. Along with competitive salaries, you'll find a wide range of lifestyle, family, and leisure benefits available.

**Job Description:**

We are looking for a Quality System Specialist to provide 1st and 2nd Level Support for Software / Hardware Issues for QC and 3rd Level support together with suppliers. The ideal candidate will have several years of work experience in a laboratory and a keen interest in working with computerized systems.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A professional apprenticeship (e.g., laboratory technician or in computer science) or University Degree or equivalent experience in Life Science.
  • Several years of work experience in a laboratory.
  • User and/or technical knowledge of various laboratory software systems, including MODA, Empower, TDS Tiamo, SMP, PLA, and WinKQCL.
  • Experience in the GxP environment and in quality control.
  • Proficiency in English is a must; very good skills in German are also required.
