Cybersecurity Specialist

We're looking for a skilled Technology and Risk Advisor to join our team at Iris Software. As a key member of our risk management team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of technology risk.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT risk areas and be able to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. They will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong project management and collaboration skills.

About the Role:

This role involves evaluating the company's technology universe from a technical and business perspective, executing in-depth assessments of the IT processes, risks, and controls. You will also review the setup of complex systems and technology governance frameworks in line with industry-leading practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate the company's technology universe from a technical and business perspective.
2. Execute in-depth assessments of the IT processes, risks, and controls through interviews, desktop analysis, and system inspection.
3. Review the setup of complex systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle…) and technology governance frameworks in line with industry-leading practices.
4. Be involved in certification and attestation engagements, such as SOC reporting, ISAE reporting, ISO certification.
5. Perform system implementation assessments including data migration, system design, and architecture.
6. Evaluate cybersecurity risks and recommend security improvements.
7. Leverage data analytics and process automation for audit efficiency.
8. Provide our clients with insights and pragmatic recommendations to further improve business performance, operational efficiency, and risk management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or Master degree in Information Technology, Applied Economics, Commercial Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
2. 1-3 years of relevant working experience in IT auditing or a risk & assurance role.
3. Strong project management, people, analytical, and reporting skills.
4. Experience with large ERP and/or financial systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, JDE) audit tools and data analytics (e.g., SQL, Power BI).
5. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
6. Strong teaming orientation, leadership, commitment, eagerness to learn, and evolve in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Familiarity with IT frameworks and compliance standards (e.g. COBIT, ISO 27001, ITIL).
2. Professional certifications, such as CGEIT, CISA, CISM, CISSP, COBIT, CRISC, and ITIL.
