Strategic Communications Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to develop and manage effective communication strategies between TopRecroot and its investors, analysts, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy to effectively communicate the company's financial performance, growth strategy, and business developments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and financial stakeholders.
  • Manage investor relations events, including earnings calls, investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.
  • Track and analyze the company's shareholder base and investor feedback to refine IR strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key institutional investors and equity research analysts.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, equity research, sales or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and corporate finance.
  • Experience managing investor events, roadshows, and earnings calls.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
