Ziel unserer Geschäftsentwicklung ist es, Kunden innovativen Lösungen zu bieten. In dieser Rolle arbeiten Sie eng mit Produktmanagement, Einkauf, Marketing und Produktion zusammen, um gemeinsam nach wachsenden Märkten und sich erweiternden Kundenbeziehungen zu suchen.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Ausbau des bestehenden Kundenstammes sowie Akquisition neuer Kunden in KMU-Bereich (B2B)
- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung des Sortiments aus Verpackungen
- Erreichung von vorgegebenen Mengen-, Umsatz- und DB-Zielen
- Besuch von Messen, Events und Durchführung von Fabrikbesichtigungen
- Aktive Mitarbeit und selbständige Erarbeitung von Verkaufsförderungsmassnahmen (digital und analog)
Ihre Fähigkeiten und Talente
- Technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Weiterbildung im Verkauf oder Verpackungsbereich
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Verkaufs- und Kundenbetreuungserfahrung zwingend erforderlich
- Leistungsausweis im Neukundenaufbau und in der Kaltaquise
- Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsstärke
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft

Nach Abschluss einer Ausbildung im Bereich Verkauf, Medien oder Marketing empfiehlt sich zunächst einige Jahre Erfahrung im Verkauf und Betreuung von Kunden zu sammeln. Dann könnten wir als Paketverpacker einen höheren Lohn erhalten – Abhängig von deinen Qualifikationen. Es gibt auch eine Möglichkeit, die Personalschlüsselfrage zu verändern.
Insgesamt kann man davon ausgehen, dass Du mit diesem Jobtyp (Geschäftsentwickler) rund 55.000 bis 70.000 Euro pro Jahr verdienen kannst.
